2. Scope of Work: Your responsibilities as a distributor include promoting, marketing, and distributing YahyaBMC products in accordance with our brand guidelines and marketing strategies. You are entrusted with the task of expanding our reach and enhancing our market presence through strategic initiatives and customer engagement.
3. Responsibilities: We entrust you with the important task of managing your inventory, fulfilling orders promptly, and providing unparalleled customer service to ensure customer satisfaction. Timely delivery is crucial to our success, and we expect all distributors to adhere to our shipping guidelines, with doors arriving within 45 to 65 days of order placement.
4. Compliance: You agree to conduct your business activities in full compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards governing distribution, sales, and marketing practices. Any deviation from these standards may result in termination of your distributorship.
5. Confidentiality: You acknowledge that any confidential information shared with you by YahyaBMC must be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of conducting business with YahyaBMC. This includes but is not limited to product specifications, pricing information, and customer data.
